Refund Policy

Cancellations and Refund Policy

We understand that there maybe situations beyond your control, where the Event that you booked may not be able to take place. In this instance, we would kindly offer to reschedule the Event.

Our policy is as follows:

  • All cancellations must be requested through email
  • If cancelled 4 weeks before the event you will receive 100% refund
  • If cancelled 4-2 weeks before the event you will be entitled to 50% refund
  • If cancelled 2 or less weeks before the event there will be no refund give, however we can offer to rebook the event within the next 6 months.

There maybe unfortunate circumstances where we would be unable to attend the event due to compromising our safety or others, due to adverse weather conditions or an accident while travelling. In this instance we would refund your payment or alternatively a new date can be arranged for you.
