- Secure Your Spot: Pop a non-refundable £50 deposit (£100 for parties 2.5 hours or longer) to lock in the fun! Head to the BOOK NOW page and spill all the details.
- Time Slot Shuffle: We might tweak your time slightly to dodge traffic between parties. We’ll ping you to confirm availability and request your deposit via bank transfer.
- Pay Up, Party On: You’ll get an invoice for the remaining balance, due 7 days before the big day. We’ll nudge you with a reminder, so no stress!
- Road Trip Fees: If your party’s more than 15 miles from Trowbridge, we add a small travel surcharge.
- No Discounts, Just Fun: Prices are fixed, no matter how many kids join the gaming frenzy.
- Who’s Invited?: Parties are for kids 7+/Year 3 (no under-7s). We can handle 10 kids aged 12 or under, or 8 teens aged 13+.
- Game On!: We’ve got all the hot games ready – let us know your faves when booking.
- Bonus Swag: A link to free PDF party invites emailed to you for printing – your guests will be hyped!
Party Time Vibes
- Early Bird Setup: We aim to roll in 15-20 minutes early to set up our gaming wonderland. Traffic or weather might slow us down, but we’ll make sure you get your full gaming time!
- Age Check: Strictly for ages 7+. Younger kids might distract the squad, so let’s keep it chill.
- Player Rotation: No limit on party size, but only 10 kids can game in the van at once for safety. We’ll swap players often so everyone gets their moment of glory.
- Tech Needs: Just give us a spot to plug our ethernet cable into your broadband router and a standard 13A socket for power. Easy peasy!
- No Munchies Allowed: Food and drinks stay outside to keep our gear sparkly clean.
- Adult Supervision: A grown-up must be near by for the whole party – consider it your VIP pass to the fun.
- Safety First: Our hosts are DBS-checked, so you’re in good hands.
- Tech Glitch?: If our gear totally crashes (super rare!), we’ll refund you fully.
- Handle with Care: Break our stuff by being rough? We might send you a bill.
- Party Rules: No smoking, drugs, or alcohol – keep it family-friendly! Bad behaviour, swearing, or threats? You’re out, no debate.
- Game Choices: You pick the games, so make sure they’re age-appropriate for your crew. We trust you’ve got parental approval!
- Game Updates?: If a game needs an update mid-party, it’s out of our hands. We’ll switch to other games to keep the fun rolling – no refunds for this.
- Health Heads-Up: Got Covid in the group? Let us know before we start so we can crank up the safety measures.
- Smile, You’re on Camera!: Our van has two CCTV cameras for everyone’s safety and to protect our gear. Footage is overwritten after a few hours and only checked if there’s a complaint.
All About Our Gaming Van
- Big Van, Big Fun: Our van is a beast (L6940 x W2426 x H2705mm), so we need about 8 meters (2 car lengths) to park safely. Make sure your driveway or spot is ready!
- No Risky Parking: We won’t park where we’d get a ticket, block traffic, or risk danger. If we get a fine, it’s on you to cover it. Same goes for any paid parking fees.
- Slope Alert: Slight slopes are cool, but no steep hills—our van’s not a mountain climber!
- Driveway Disclaimer: We’re not liable for any damage to your driveway, lawn, or fences. Check that your space can handle our van before we arrive.
Cancel or Reschedule? Here’s the Deal
- Life Happens: Can’t make it? We’ll happily reschedule, but your deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation Rules:
- More than 1 week out: Full refund (minus deposit).
- 1 week or less: No refund, but we can rebook within 6 months.
- All cancellations must be emailed to us.
- Our Side: If we can’t make it due to crazy weather or an accident, we’ll refund you or reschedule – your choice!
- No Parking, No Party: If we can’t park safely when we arrive, we might have to bail, and no refunds will be given. Let’s avoid this by planning ahead!
