You may have questions for us about your event, below are frequently asked questions/answers however, please get in touch if we’ve missed anything
Whether it be a party, a wedding or any other event, Mobile Gaming Zone will take the stress away by bringing our gaming van to you. We will arrive at the venue with enough time to set up and be ready to start. We will remain stationary throughout the event. We can comfortablly accommodate 10 children in the van, any more than this we can swap around.
All we need is the equivalent of 2 car lengths to park our vehicle safely (approximately 8 meters), a 13A socket to power our van and a router to connect our ethernet cable to.
We will look after the party members within the gaming van. However, we do require an adult to be available for younger parties. Please note that our staff are DBS checked.
You can book a 1.5 hour party for £190 or a 2 hour party for £230. A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.
If you'd like more time please enquire for more information and a chat about your request. A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.
The more notice we have the better. We do get booked up very quickly at the weekends. If you need a last minute party, give us a try, we might be able to accommodate.
For parties that are more than 15 miles from Trowbridge, a small travel surcharge will apply as follows:
- 16-25 miles from Trowbridge, +£15
- 26-35 miles from Trowbridge, +£30
- 36+ miles, please contact us for a qoute
We have a PS5, Xbox Series X, two Xbox One X and 2x Nintendo Switch's, complete with the latest and most exciting games played on multiple large TV screens. Please let us know if there are any specific games you'd like to play and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
We can play all the popular games including Fortnite, FIFA, Minecraft, Rocket League, Roblox, Fall Guys, Super Mario Karts, Forza Horizon 5 plus so much more.
